Hello, my name is Leona Bergman-Gaul I am currently planted in Vermont.
I grew up on a farm raising chickens, goats, cows, sheep, and pigs, a couple llamas and growing lots of vegetables and flowers. I was blessed to have the opportunity to run around in the woods and dig in the dirt.
While living and working in Cleveland, Ohio, I started Greens for Greatness as an outlet for a personal, mental back to the land movement.
Combining my passion for food history, anthropology, gastronomy and food studies as well as practical agricultural knowledge I hope that Greens for Greatness will be a resource guide for myself and others in a collective return to our agricultural roots.
In my professional life I am a marketing and communications coordinator at Cedar Circle Farm and Education Center in East Thetford, VT. You can find more of my writing here.
I hope that you will learn something new alongside me. Thank you for reading.
